Tony Robbins starts his morning with a daily ritual of breathing and priming. He does 3 sets of 30 breaths in a yoga-style breathing pattern called "Breath of Fire" to get into a positive mental and emotional state. He then spends 10 minutes on priming, including three minutes of focusing on experiences to feel grateful for, three minutes of imagining energy in him and sending a prayer or blessing, and four minutes visualizing a successful day ahead. The goal is to overcome negative emotions like anger and fear through gratitude and positivity.
